The apartments are 100 square meters (1076 square feet). The villa is located 200mt from Alcione, on Via Guglielmo Marconi, 74. You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi – Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 50 meters (165 feet).
The large terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a marvellous view of the sea and of the Amalfi coast. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The living room is very large and the furnishings are elegant and include a sofa.
The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee maker and other small appliances.
There are two bedrooms, both have a matrimonial bed that can be also twins and are equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and windows overlooking the sea. The two bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully – enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
